Wellness Festival at Quinta do Areal – 3rd Edition

Join us for the third edition of the Wellness Festival at Quinta do Areal in Lousã, a day dedicated to self-care, connection, and community in the heart of nature.

Surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the natural landscape, this special event brings together people who value wellbeing, mindfulness, and meaningful connections. Throughout the day, participants can enjoy a variety of wellness activities designed to nurture body, mind, and spirit.

This festival is not only an opportunity to invest in your own wellbeing but also to support a good cause. A significant part of the proceeds will be donated to Louzanimales, a local animal shelter that works tirelessly to care for and protect animals in need.

Among the many activities offered during the day, Avalavida will guide a 45-minute introductory session to Conscious Connected Breathing, providing participants with an opportunity to experience the transformative power of breathwork in a safe and supportive environment.

Breathwork Payment Terms

To confirm your participation in our breathwork circles, full payment is required in advance of the event. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email with all the necessary payment details to complete your booking.

Please note that payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or absence. However, you are welcome to attend a future event using your paid spot, or you may transfer your spot to someone else.

We apply these terms because we trust that joining a breathwork circle is a conscious and intentional choice. Your commitment supports the integrity of the space and the experience for all participants.

Truffle Ceremony Payment Terms

To confirm participation in the magic truffle ceremony, a deposit of €50 is required. This deposit may be refunded depending on the timing of cancellation (see details below).

  • Cancellation by the participant:

    • If you cancel more than 14 days before the ceremony, your deposit will be fully refunded.

    • If you cancel within 14 days of the ceremony, the deposit is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to someone else or reschedule for a future date.

  • Cancellation by the organizers:

    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.

The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at the ceremony.
